Preparing for an employment law meeting

When you need advice quickly, it helps to come prepared. We recommend bringing the following information (where applicable) to your initial consultation:

1. Contract details: employee contract details, settlement agreements, handbooks etc
2. Documents relating to the matter: e.g. in case of grievances these can include minutes of meetings, any notes/documents from disciplinary meetings, in the case of a company restructure the documents relevant to transfer etc.
3. Timeline of events: the series of relevant events, in date order, leading to you contacting us

Once you have instructed us, it would be helpful to provide us with the following information asap:-

1. Proof of ID: valid passport or driving licence
2. Proof of Address: utility bill of bank statement no less than three months old
